Vice President of Global Strategy, Innovation & Ventures at Honeywell

Caroline Pan is a seasoned industry executive with extensive operating experience across the high-tech and automotive sectors.  She advises early-stage technology startups on growth strategies, product/market fit, business model, and strategic partnerships.

Caroline is currently a council member for Gerson Lehrman Group (glg.it), Frontier Strategy Group (frontierstrategygroup.com), and Capvision (capvision.com), providing industry expert consultations for MNC and institutional investor clients.  She is also an angel investor and mentor for Chinaccelerator (chinaccelerator.com).

 

Previously, Caroline was Vice President of Worldwide Emerging Markets for Hewlett-Packard’s Printing and Personal Systems division.  In this role, she was responsible for incubating and executing Emerging Markets-focused initiatives (new products, programs, channels, and alliances) to accelerate market share and revenue growth.

Caroline joined HP in 2012 after 11 years with Intel Corporation, where she held senior-level marketing, strategy, and general management positions at the global as well as regional and country levels. Prior to Intel, she worked at Digital Equipment Corporation and Ford Motor Company.

Caroline holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
