As the Head of Airbnb Experiences in Greater China, Di is responsible for the growth of Experiences business in the area with a focus on China origin travelers and localized Experiences product. She joined Airbnb in 2016 as the first hire of the Airbnb Community team in China and later led the go-to-market launch of Airbnb Experiences. She is also an advocate of the company culture and was the Social Impact Champion of China team for 2 years in her part time.
Before Airbnb, Di was one of the early employees at both Zhihu and Keep. She scaled the community operations and product as the two early-stage startups grew from a few thousand users to two unicorns with over 30 million users.
Fun fact: Di found and signed the lease of Zhihu’s first official office back in 2011, which has been Zhihu’s headquarter for the past 9 years since then.
