Robert Hsiung, CEO, Emeritus China (Ex. Managing Director, Udacity China)

Robert Hsiung MOX happy hour 2022

Robert is the China CEO for the Eruditus group, expanding enrollments and partnerships in Greater China, collaborating with current university partners to offer both online and classroom courses in Mandarin.

He formerly served as Managing Director – China at Udacity. Under his leadership, Udacity found success in China by localizing its student acquisition, content and service models, enabling the business to enjoy year on year double digit growth during his four-year tenure.

Robert is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and earned an MBA from Stanford University.

Ching-Ping Lin, Partner at SOSV, COO at Chinaccelerator & MOX

Ching-Ping Lin is the Chief Operating Officer at SOSV’s Chinaccelerator and MOX programs.

Prior to SOSV, Ching-Ping built the first operations and HR team at Dragon Aviation Leasing, a joint venture between China Aviation Supplies and Aercap, and held roles at Amazon.com, McKesson, successfully exited startups Planetall.com and HPR Inc., and early free email startup Freemark Communications. A health informaticist and qualitative researcher by training, she has built digital health systems in rural communities in Uganda, China, and the United States serving the health needs of under-resourced populations.

Born and raised in the US, Ching-Ping has lived abroad for 8 years in Beijing, Taipei, and Shanghai. She has a BA in computer science and classics from Bowdoin College, a Ph.D. in biomedical informatics from the University of Washington School of Medicine, and was a post-doctoral fellow at Peking University in global health. Ching-Ping is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with a passion for supporting female entrepreneurs and academics.
