Prior to starting with the consulting stint, Nishtha worked at Ogilvy between 2003-2011 – India & China in various client & digital leadership roles Nishtha evangelizes the adoption of mobility, tech & innovation, new skills as part of capability building, people development, change management and brand building across various marketing communication functions.
With close to 10 years in China, where the speed of digital & technological advancement is unparalleled, Nishtha’s passion lies in finding, creating and building new aha! projects; new capabilities; partnerships; creative solutions; training programs; innovation pipeline & ideation workshops; client leadership & management skills workshops; presentation, communication & entrepreneur skills workshops et al. She does this hand in hand in collaboration with the organisations’ stakeholders, as well as, industry experts, media, tech companies and start ups.
Of the past 4 years in the independent executive consultancy role, she has had clients’ from Fortune 500 companies, eg. Unilever, Estee Lauder, Wyeth Nutrition, among others; start-ups, digital and social specialist agencies and agency networks like WPP, Publicis and Omnicom Media Group. In one of her most recent assignment with PHD China between 2013-2014, Nishtha was instrumental in driving Mobile as a cross-function, cross-department strategic effort with award-winning works, fostering mobile new media partnerships and related capability building from ground up for the agency and it’s key client – Unilever China.
Nishtha is also a mentor at Chinaccelerator and Mobile Only Accelerator (MOX), on the advisory board of ad:tech China, a frequent speaker at industry forums in the likes of MMA (Mobile marketing association), ad:tech, iMedia agency summit and has received award recognitions from AME, MMA, Effies over the years.
