Angus has more than 7 years’ experience in Greater China and Australia, consulting and/or working for technology, retail, consumer goods and telecommunications companies. He has helped both Chinese and multinational corporations (MNCs) develop and execute customer-focused strategy that delivers tangible, commercial outcomes. He believes that digital must underpin strategy amongst today’s connected consumers, particularly in China where digital change is unparalleled.
In his current role with Apple, he develops and executes strategies to architect the retail experience of the future, passionately engage customers and help Chinese consumers discover how Apple’s products can enrich their lives.
Before joining Apple, he was a Manager in the Customer & Digital Strategy practice of PwC China & HK where he helped establish and grow the team in Shanghai and led major projects for a number of key clients. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), Asia-Pacific’s leading institute.
He enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures and learning about the history of each destination. His creative outlet is photography with his drone and iPhone (undeterred by a number of expensive crashes).
