Michael Toedman is CEO of Kantar Media CIC. Michael has worked in international digital media and marketing for over 25 years in London, New York, Hong Kong & now Shanghai, with extensive experience in digital, network, programmatic and social media. In addition Michael has served in leadership roles in the industry including as the President and Chairman of the International Advertising Association both in the UK and Hong Kong.
Prior to Kantar Media, Michael was Managing Director of Soho Syndicate, a media and marketing consultancy he founded in 2009, with clients including global media businesses and platforms deliverying projects or retainer roles focused on international, digital and commercial strategy and execution. In addition to Soho Syndicate, Michael began a retained role starting in 2016 as Managing Director, Asia Pacific for Prohaska Consulting who specialise in programmatic strategy and execution, following serving as International Managing Director for the Business to Business Network (BBN) from 2010-2015. Before Soho Syndicate, Michael was VP, International Managing Director of BusinessWeek, and managed international sales, marketing, business development and strategy in EMEA and Asia.
