I founded CIC in 2004 as the first and leading social media research and intelligence firm in Asia Pacific, grew the business and oversaw its 2012 acquisition and integration by WPP’s Kantar Media. Along the way, I led the company to develop new cutting edge digital/social intelligence methodologies, technologies, products and multiple China social media through leadership pieces. I also built strategic relationships with Fortune 500 firms as a trusted advisor, developing strong industry expertise in luxury, fashion, infant and beauty categories. My passion is to develop systems and processes, which allow clients to distill and apply social and digital intelligence and insights to key business challenges across the organisation.
